How we work with partners
You send us a client, and we take care of them the way you would want. We confirm what the client needs, tell you and the client what we will deliver, and keep you informed when it matters to your deal or plan, with the client's permission. Your client stays your client. We do not try to sell them anything outside their own scope.
It goes both ways. When our clients need a realtor, a lender, a financial advisor, an attorney or a surety agent, we send them to partners who have been good to work with. The more we know about what you do, the better we can match.
Who we work with
- Realtors and property managers. Clients buying, selling or managing rentals who need depreciation, cost segregation, short term rental or real estate investor tax help
- Lenders and mortgage brokers. Self-employed borrowers who need filed returns, a profit and loss and a balance sheet that match, ready when underwriting asks
- Financial advisors. Business owner clients who need a tax projection coordinated with their retirement and investment plan
- Estate and business attorneys. Entity formation, S corp elections, ownership changes and the tax follow-through on documents you draft
- Surety agents. Contractors who need WIP schedules and financials the surety will accept. See our page for general contractors
Fast turnaround for the client who is waiting
A borrower waiting on documents for a closing date or an advisor waiting on a projection cannot wait for March. When a partner sends a client with a deadline, tell us the date up front and we plan the work around it. For a self-employed borrower, that usually means making sure the business and personal returns are filed and the year-to-date financials are current and agree with each other, so the lender is not asking the same question twice.

Questions we get asked
What does a partner relationship look like?
You introduce a client. We scope the work with them, deliver it and keep you updated when it affects your deal or plan, with the client's permission. We also introduce our clients to partners like you when they need what you offer.
Do you work with self-employed borrowers?
Yes. We can prepare business and personal returns and year-end or year-to-date financial statements, and make sure they agree with each other so underwriting has fewer questions.
Will you contact my client without telling me?
No. Client information is confidential. We share details with a partner only with the client's permission.
Do you take over my client relationship?
No. Your client stays your client. We work within the scope the client hires us for and refer other needs back to you when it fits.
Where do you work?
We are a virtual firm and work with clients in all 50 states.
